For SaaS Premium, user and resource management is handled by the contracted company’s managers. The standards used are recommended by Microsoft. In SaaS Essential, management is the client’s responsibility, including security aspects. The contractor is fully responsible for consumption and related matters, including cloud hacking. We strongly recommend using MFA, 16-character keys and sophisticated security standards.
