Compliance
Processor was years ahead of the market and was the first technology company in Brazil to earn Compliance certification based on Standard DSC 10.000 – Guidelines for a Compliance System.
An initiative designed to demonstrate the existence of integrity mechanisms prepared to prevent potential irregularities, especially those related to the Anti-Corruption Law. Because for Processor, compliance is not merely a formality. We put it into practice every day.

Warranty and Support
This section is intended to facilitate understanding and access to our Warranty and Support Policies by clarifying the procedures to be followed.
Refer to it whenever you need to.
Warranty Terms
The services provided by the PROCESSOR GROUP are covered by the Processor warranty against technical failures exclusively related to the services provided by the GROUP.
Warranty Periods
The warranty will be provided for a period of up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, beginning on the first day following the date the scope is delivered to the CLIENT by the Processor team.
For services lasting fewer than 30 days, the warranty will be prorated according to the period performed.
Warranty Limitations
If any “Non-Conformity” is identified within the warranty period and the contracted scope, and is not caused by changes to the environment, conditions, interoperability or other factors that constitute a modification of the established/contracted conditions and contexts, PROCESSOR will make the necessary correction for the CLIENT (travel and accommodation expenses may apply depending on the contracted conditions). This “Non-Conformity” does not extend the original warranty period.
