² The restore time for files from the last 14 days depends on the client’s infrastructure. The restore time for files (in the cloud) that are 15 days old or older depends on the client’s data link

- Daily backup (incremental) for the last 7 days

- Weekly backup (full) from last Saturday

- Monthly backup (full) of the last 12 months"

- Daily: Last 7 days (last minute of the day)

Monthly: 12 months (last day of the month)

- Annual: 1 Year (last day of the year)"

⁵ Standard RTO and RPO are 24 hours and may be increased at the customer’s request.
