Randon enhances its relationship using Processor CRMThe customer module is already operational. The next step is the Sales module, and later, Distributors and Resellers. "We felt the need of having our IT more aligned with the business", says the company's IT Coordinator Luiz Paulo Wenzel. The company is already using the customer database and is making adjustments in server location and the integration with Microsoft Outlook.
Using CRM in the sales department is considered strategic, since it allows the integration with the entire company's value chain. The field workers will be able to access updated information though their notebooks, allowing the real-time monitoring of the sales process thought the Internet. "We'll be able to act proactively and benefit from the agility in the process", says Wenzel.
Processor is also deploying its Business Intelligence (BI) solution in Randon. The legacy system, according to Randon's executive, was not addressing the user's needs, that complained that it was not user-friendly and prone to data corruption. "Either the user likes the BI system, or doesn't use it. This solution must be user-friendly to avoid the risk of losing internal energy and knowledge", states Wenzel. He also notes that Processor Business Intelligence was extremely well received by the users.
Randon's choice of Processor, according to him, was due to the observation that the company understanded Randon's real business needs, together with Processor's close relationship with Microsoft in such projects. Josiane Quadros, Processor's Sales Coordinator, explains that one of Randon's main concerns is to align the IT solutions and the business. "The professional level of evaluation of each solution is very high. Before thinking about the technology, Randon analyzes each business benefit expected", told Josiane.
Even if the initial demand were from a single company of the Randon group, each solution purchased must support the expansion for the other business units in medium and long terms. It is a vision of technology bound to the future.
